All persons entering the ranch premises must sign a GENERAL
RELEASE, INDEMNITY, AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
MEDICAL TREATMENT.
All persons participating in hunting activities will have a valid
Texas hunting license on his or her person at all times, and will
obey all state and federal game laws, rules and/or regulations.
Consumption of alcohol or any controlled substance or drug during
the period beginning 6 hours prior to any hunting activities (or
firearm use) through the conclusion of such hunting activity (or
firearm use) is not permitted.
No firearms of any kind are permitted in any of the ranch facilities,
except the lodge gunroom. All firearms will be unloaded at all
times except during hunting or shooting activities.
Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 11am
on the day of departure. If you need to make other arrangements,
please call prior to arrival.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the ranch facilities. High
caution should be taken when smoking outdoors to insure your
cigarette or cigar is completely extinguished.
Pets or other animals are not permitted inside any of the ranch
facilities.
Safety is the top priority during any shooting activity. Any ranch
representative may require a participant to stop a shooting activity
should they deem, at their sole discretion, that the participant is
being unsafe and is a danger to others.
Unescorted travel through the ranch is not permitted at any time
without the permission of an authorized ranch representative.
Shooting of an unauthorized animal or destruction of ranch property
will be added to the account of the participant at those rates
currently in place at the time of the occurrence.
All hunting and shooting activities will be done at locations
designated by an authorized ranch representative. Hunting or
shooting at any other locations is prohibited.
If you shoot at a deer or turkey, that animal counts against your
hunt package. Every reasonable effort will be made to track and
secure wounded game.
All persons should leave the Ranch property as it was found,
including picking up spent shells/casings and any other litter.
